The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Regulation and Development of the Financial Market has approved Ulan Khakim for the positions of Deputy Chairman and Member of the Management Board at «Alatau City Bank» JSC (Minutes No. 49/БВУ/П dated July 3, 2026).
