By order of the Chief of Office of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Gulbakyt Khakimovna Manabayeva has been appointed Head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control of Social Protection of the Population in the North Kazakhstan Region.
Gulbakyt Khakimovna was born in 1982 in the North Kazakhstan Region.
In 2004, she graduated from M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Biology and Chemistry, and in 2007, from the Central Asian University with a degree in Jurisprudence.
She began her career in 2004 as a chemistry teacher at the city classical gymnasium. From 2011 to 2024, she held the positions of Chief Specialist, Head of Department, and Deputy Head of the Department for Control and Social Protection in the North Kazakhstan Region.
Prior to her appointment, she served as Chief Expert of the Committee for Labor and Social Protection of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
