Kazakhstan and Georgia Strengthen Partnership in Public Service Delivery
The State Corporation Government for Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Public Service Hall of Georgia have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at advancing public service delivery and improving mechanisms for serving citizens. The document formalizes the parties' intention to combine efforts in sharing practical experience and developing effective solutions that meet the evolving needs of the public.
The key areas of cooperation include the exchange of best practices in the operation of Public Service Centers, the development of digital services through the application of artificial intelligence, robotics, and process automation technologies. Particular attention will be given to enhancing the customer experience by introducing modern service standards.
"We are consistently expanding cooperation with our international partners because it is essential to stay informed about the latest trends and technological solutions. Ourobjective is not only to study successful international practices but also to identify the most effective approaches and adapt them to the needs of the people of Kazakhstan. At the same time, this cooperation is mutually beneficial. Kazakhstan has accumulated significant experience in the digital transformation of public services and is recognized among the leading countries in this field. Therefore, we are not only learning from international experience but are also ready to share our own best practices," said Arman Kenzhegaliyev, Chairman of the Management Board of the State Corporation.
The Memorandum also provides for the development of human capital. The parties intend to implement joint educational programs, enhance the professional qualifications of employees, and organize internships and training activities. Special emphasis will also be placed on supporting joint research and analytical projects of mutual interest.
"This visit is of particular importance to us, as it provides an opportunity to exchange experience and practical expertise accumulated over many years. The signing of this Memorandum of Cooperation marks a new stage in our partnership and lays the foundation for long-term, systematic collaboration," said VakhtangZhvania, Chairman of the Public Service Hall of Georgia.
As part of the two-day visit, the Kazakh delegation toured the Public Service Hall of Georgia, where they learned about the organization of service centers, existing digital solutions, and the customer flow management system. Meetings were also held with representatives of the Service Agency of the Ministry ofInternal Affairs of Georgia and the Justice Training Centre of Georgia, during which prospects for further cooperation were discussed.
