AI Digital Office for Citizens Opens in Karaganda: A New Format of Public Services Powered by Artificial Intelligence

    1 / 5

Today, the opening ceremony of the AI Digital Office for Citizens took place in Karaganda. This modern digital office is designed to improve the accessibility, quality and convenience of public services for residents.

The opening of this new facility marks another important step towards the digital transformation of the region, the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies and the development of a modern public service system focused on the needs of citizens.

The key feature of the new digital office is the use of intelligent technologies that make interaction between citizens and public services simpler, clearer and more convenient.

One of the key solutions is eGov.GPT, an artificial intelligence-powered virtual assistant designed to simplify the search for and access to information about public services.

Citizens no longer need to know the exact name of a service or understand the structure of the e-Government system. They can simply ask their questions in their own words to receive the necessary information and navigate the available digital services.

In addition, the office features a self-service area for replacing identity documents, expanding opportunities for citizens to access in-demand services in a convenient digital format.

It is important to note that digital transformation is not just about introducing new technologies. Above all, it is about creating an environment in which everyone can access the services they need quickly, independently and conveniently. This very approach underpins the development of a modern, service-oriented model of public administration.

The new digital office operates within the Karaganda Region Center for Public and Service Services, located at 709 Tattimbet Street, Karaganda.
