- Identifying the conditions and causes that contribute to corruption-related offenses and eliminating their consequences;
- Strengthening cooperation among anti-corruption stakeholders;
- Developing international cooperation in combating corruption;
- Identifying, preventing, detecting, and investigating corruption-related offenses.
