In his Address to the People of Kazakhstan, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev placed special emphasis on modernizing the country's infrastructure and developing its regions.
The Head of State proposed declaring 2027 the Year of Nationwide Large-Scale Construction.
