Nighttime Outreach in Kokshetau Helps Young People Find Employment

The Youth Resource Center of Kokshetau, in cooperation with the city's Police Department, conducted nighttime outreach raids aimed at supporting unemployed young people and assisting them in finding employment.
During the visits, specialists met with young people who did not have permanent jobs and informed them about available vacancies and employment opportunities. They also provided information on support measures for young people, offered practical advice on job searching, and explained where to seek further assistance.
Particular attention was paid to individual needs. Young people were informed about specialized organizations and institutions where they could receive consultations and assistance with finding employment.
Such initiatives help ensure that young people are informed about available opportunities in a timely manner and contribute to improving employment levels in the community.
