As part of his working visit to Adjara, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan Talgat Aduov visited the Batumi Oil Terminal and Batumi Sea Port, where he held meetings with the enterprises' General Directors, Marlen Tulegenov and Ulan Tleugali.
During the meetings, the parties discussed the enterprises' current operations, prospects for their further development, and plans for cooperation with the Embassy. Particular attention was paid to supporting Kazakhstan's assets abroad and ensuring the effective utilization of their transport and logistics potential.
In light of the strategic importance of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route, as emphasized by President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the role of Batumi Sea Port and Batumi Oil Terminal in diversifying export routes and facilitating access to international markets was highlighted.
