On October 8, 2026, Chairman of the Board of the Kazakhstan Agency of International Development (KazAID) Nurgali Arystanov met with the UN Resident Coordinator in Kazakhstan, Ms. Sarangoo Radnaaragchaa.
During the meeting, Nurgali Arystanov briefed the UN representatives on the Agency's international development activities in partner countries and outlined Kazakhstan's core priorities in official development assistance (ODA).
In turn, Ms. Sarangoo Radnaaragchaa expressed the keen interest of UN entities to foster cooperation with KazAID to share and promote Kazakh expertise and best practices in the context of the UN Regional Center on SDGs for Central Asia and Afghanistan, as well as other UN entities based in Almaty.
