- The vehicle is sold in its current condition (“as is”). Bidders must carefully review this announcement and inspect the vehicle before submitting their price offers. By inspecting the vehicle and submitting an offer, bidders confirm that they have read and agree to the terms of this announcement; they may not request any improvements, modifications or repairs to the vehicle.
- Price offers must not be lower than the starting price stated above. The bidder offering the highest price shall acquire the right to purchase the vehicle and must pay either the full purchase price or a non-refundable deposit equal to 15% of the offered price on the day the auction results are announced, to the Urumqi Representative Office of the Passport and Visa Center of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy National Company JSC. The successful bidder must pay the remaining balance in full within 30 days of the announcement of the results. The vehicle must be removed from the premises of the Urumqi Representative Office of the Passport and Visa Center of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy National Company JSC within 30 days after payment in full.
- The successful bidder shall bear all expenses related to re-registration or registration of ownership, as well as the applicable taxes and any other associated costs.
- If the successful bidder fails to make payment within the prescribed period, the bidder shall be deemed to have waived the right to purchase the vehicle and shall forfeit the right to a refund of any amounts paid, including, without limitation, the deposit.
- Collusion among bidders and any other form of improper interference are strictly prohibited.
- Members of the auction committee of the Urumqi Representative Office of the Passport and Visa Center of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy National Company JSC are prohibited from submitting price offers or authorizing third parties to act on their behalf during the auction.
Interested buyers may inspect the vehicle at the Urumqi Representative Office of the Passport and Visa Center of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy National Company JSC on business days from October 7 through October 20, 2026, by prior appointment only.
