NOTICE OF AUCTION FOR THE SALE OF VEHICLES
The Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, as the organiser, with its registered address at Badhuisweg 91, 2587 CE, The Hague, hereby announces the holding of an open auction for the sale of vehicles.
The auction will be conducted using the ascending-price method.
The auction will take place on 21 October 2026 at 15:00 at the following address: Badhuisweg 91, 2587 CE, The Hague.

Conditions of Participation and Application Procedure
- Individuals and legal entities that submit an application within the established deadline and pay the security deposit may participate in the auction.
- Applications shall be submitted and participants shall be registered in writing at the following address: Badhuisweg 91, 2587 CE, The Hague.
- Applications will be accepted until 17:30 on 20 October 2026.
- The participant offering the highest price shall be declared the winner of the auction.
- The security deposit paid by the auction winner shall be credited towards the purchase price of the vehicle. Security deposits paid by the remaining participants shall be refunded within 15 business days.
- To participate in the auction, the following documents must be submitted to the organiser: a) a duly completed application form; b) for individuals – a copy of an identity document; for legal entities – a copy of the identity document of the representative of the legal entity, as well as a document confirming the state registration of the legal entity in accordance with the legislation of the Kingdom of the Netherlands; c) a copy of the payment document confirming payment of the security deposit.
- Before paying the security deposit and submitting an application, participants are required to carefully review this notice, the draft sale and purchase agreement, and the technical condition of the vehicle. Participants shall not be entitled to demand any improvement, modification or repair of the vehicle, or exemption from taxes, fees or other expenses related to its re-registration or the re-registration of ownership.
- If the auction winner fails to fulfil the terms of the agreement within the established period, the winner shall be deemed to have waived the right to purchase the vehicle. In such case, all funds previously paid, including the security deposit, shall be non-refundable. Any bank commission associated with the transfer of the security deposit shall also not be refunded to the auction participants. Collusion among auction participants and any other form of unlawful interference with the auction process are strictly prohibited.

Buyer's Obligations and Procedure for Taking Delivery of the Vehicles
The buyer who has offered the highest price shall be required to sign the auction results protocol immediately after the conclusion of the auction.
The buyer shall pay the full purchase price of the vehicle, less the security deposit previously paid, within 10 business days from the date of signing the sale and purchase agreement.
All costs associated with the transfer and re-registration of ownership, payment of taxes, administrative fees, customs duties and any other payments related to the purchase of the vehicle shall be borne in full by the buyer.
