Today, a meeting of the Commission on Juvenile Affairs and the Protection of Their Rights under the District Akimat was held. In accordance with the instruction of the District Akim, the meeting was chaired by Deputy District Akim Shyngys Sydykov.
In accordance with the agenda, six issues covering planned and additional areas were considered. First, Acting Director of the Karmakshy Agricultural and Technical College Abdirkarim Zhubatkanuly reported on the work being carried out regarding the education of minor students, their health, and the socio-psychological situation in their families.
The state of systematic work to prevent suicide among children and adolescents was reported on by Gulzira Zhadiyeva, Director of Secondary School No. 274, and Parida Sarybayeva, Deputy Chief Physician of the District Central Hospital responsible for maternal and child healthcare.
The meeting also addressed the early identification of minors displaying signs of deviant behaviour and the implementation of preventive measures with them. Head of the District Education Department Berik Zhanibekov reported on this issue. Gulmira Zhakpanova, Deputy Principal for Educational Affairs of Secondary School No. 183, highlighted issues related to ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of children.
On the final agenda item, Deputy Head of the District Police Department Ospan Yeshzhanov reported on measures aimed at preventing juvenile offences and ensuring student safety at the beginning of the academic year.
All the issues considered were discussed comprehensively from the perspective of protecting children's rights and ensuring their safety.
Following the meeting, the responsible officials were given relevant assignments, and their implementation was placed under control.
