The Department of State Revenues in the city of Akmola region reminds individuals - owners of real estate and land plots - of the need to pay property tax for 2025 until October 1, 2026.
Tax amounts are available to taxpayers: information for the formation of notifications was transferred to second-tier banks, on the basis of which their users received push notifications in mobile applications, including Kaspi and Halyk, detailing the amounts for each object.
You can pay tax in a convenient way:
- through mobile applications of second-level banks;
- cash in bank branches or payment terminals;
- bank card through ATMs and payment terminals.
Please note that from October 2, 2026, appropriate notifications will be sent to owners with outstanding debts. If payment is not received within 30 working days, a tax order will be formed; if it is not executed within 5 working days, the case is transferred to private bailiffs.
The department recommends payment in advance to avoid this procedure.
