The Markakol district Prosecutor's Office conducted an analysis of compliance with the law in the implementation of the state program "With a diploma to the village."
The facts of non-fulfillment by individual recipients of state support measures of contractual obligations totaling 10.6 million tenge have been established.
In one of the cases, in 2023, by a decree of the akim of the Kurchum district (until 2024, the Markakol district was part of the Kurchum district), a young nurse specialist who arrived at the district hospital after graduating from medical college was granted a budget loan of 5 million tenge, as well as lifting funds in the amount of 345 thousand tenge.
However, after receiving the funds, the health worker did not fulfill the contractual obligation to work in a rural settlement for at least three years.
According to the results of the measures taken by the prosecutor's office, 2.95 million tenge were returned to the state revenue. The issue of collecting the remaining amount is under control.
Work continues to ensure the legality and targeted use of budgetary funds.
