Kostanay joined the global environmental campaign World Cleanup Day, held as part of the nationwide Taza Qazaqstan initiative.
Community clean-up activities were organized across all districts of the city. Employees of government institutions and enterprises, representatives of public organizations, young people, volunteers, and local residents took part in cleaning the areas.
Special attention was paid to areas requiring sanitary cleaning and improvement.
Keeping the city clean depends not only on municipal services. It is important for every resident to take care of their yard, street, and city as a whole.
