Relevant changes are fixed in Decree No. 48 of the Management Board of the Agency dated 28 August 2025, which amends Decree No. 136 of the Management Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28 July 2017 "Approval of the Rules for Provision of Banking Services and Study by Banks and Organizations Carrying Out Certain Types of Banking Operations of Customer Requests Arising in the Process of Providing the Banking Services."
