Any citizen has the right to establish a voluntary refusal to receive bank loans or microcredits free of charge, or to remove such refusal, either through the credit bureau or via the web portal of the "electronic government."
Banks and microfinance organizations (MFOs) receive instant information about the activation of this service, which is reflected in the borrower's credit history. When a refusal mark is present, the credit organization automatically makes a decision not to issue a new loan to the client.
The "Stop-Credit" service protects consumers of financial services even in the event of a client application being hacked. If you have activated this service and fraudsters have illegally obtained a bank loan or microcredit in your name, the bank or MFO is obliged to write it off. This regulation was introduced at the initiative of the Agency in February 2024.
