    Question

What restrictions apply when issuing loans?

    Answer

    1. DTI (Debt-to-Income ratio) must not exceed 50% of income. By law, you may allocate no more than half of your official income to repay loans, regardless of their number.
    2. A 90-day delinquency period – the lending organization is prohibited from issuing new loans until the existing loan is fully repaid. An exception is refinancing previously overdue loans under improved terms.
    3. Spouse’s consent is required for loan amounts exceeding 1000 MCI (Monthly Calculation Index). Consent can be obtained in writing or via eGov services.
    4. Age – the borrower must be at least 18 years old.
