    Question

    Where can a customer report unsatisfactory behavior of bank staff when receiving consulting or banking services?

    Answer

    Chapter 5 of Regulation No. 136 establishes the procedure for banks to handle client inquiries arising during the provision of banking services. Specifically, the bank processes the following types of client inquiries:
    1) Written inquiries submitted in person, by mail, by email, or through the bank’s online resources;
    2) Oral inquiries received by phone or during direct client visits to the bank.
    The bank ensures objective, comprehensive, and timely consideration of inquiries from both individuals and legal entities, and informs clients about the results of their inquiries and the measures taken.
    If the client’s inquiry is justified and lawful, the bank decides on eliminating the violation and restoring the client’s rights and legitimate interests.
    Therefore, you have the right to submit a complaint to the bank addressed to the management regarding the actions of the bank’s staff, accompanied by a written statement and supporting materials confirming your complaint.
