According to Rule No. 136, the interaction between the bank and a borrower who has overdue debt, and/or their representative, and/or a third party related to the borrower's obligations under the loan agreement, is regulated as follows:
1) In-person interactions: From 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekdays, either at the borrower’s place of residence, place of registration, or at the bank's premises (or branch). This can occur no more than three times a week and no more than once per weekday, unless otherwise agreed upon by the borrower in terms of time, frequency, and days (including weekends or holidays).
2) Phone interactions: No more than three times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM on weekdays, and no more than twice between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM on weekends or holidays, initiated by the bank.
According to Rule No. 232, phone interactions, including those through internet calling applications, initiated by the organization, can only occur once between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM on a weekday.
Furthermore, interactions with third parties are only allowed to establish the location and/or contact details of the borrower.
