Resolution No. 136 establishes that during the servicing period of a bank loan agreement, the bank, upon request from the client (borrower) or the pledgor (in compliance with the bank secrecy disclosure requirements established by the Law on Banks), shall:
Within 3 working days from the date of receiving the request, provide in writing information on:
1) the amount of money paid to the bank;
2) the amount of overdue debt (if any); 3) the outstanding loan balance;
4) the amounts and due dates of upcoming payments;
5) the credit limit (if available);
- Within no more than 3 working days, and free of charge, provide no more than once per month written information on the allocation of incoming payments from the client (borrower) towards repayment of the debt under the bank loan agreement.
