According to paragraph 7 of Article 34 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Banks and Banking Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” an individual borrower who has received a loan not related to entrepreneurial activity for the purchase of goods, works, or services has the right, within fourteen calendar days from the date of conclusion of the bank loan agreement, to return the loan along with payment of the remuneration (interest) accrued by the bank from the date the loan was provided.
