What types of insurance are guaranteed by the Insurance Payments Guarantee Fund?
The guarantee system covers the following types of insurance:
1. All mandatory classes of insurance:
- Compulsory civil liability insurance of motor vehicle owners
- Compulsory civil liability insurance of carriers to passengers
- Compulsory civil liability insurance of private notaries
- Compulsory civil liability insurance of audit organizations
- Compulsory civil liability insurance of owners of facilities whose activities involve a risk of harm to third parties
- Environmental insurance
- Tourist insurance
- Insurance against accidents at work (for employees performing their labor or service duties)
2. Voluntary socially significant classes of insurance:
- Pension annuities
- Life insurance contracts concluded under the State Educational Savings System
