    Answer

    In order to prevent a critical shortage of socially significant food products in the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the period of the state of emergency, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan adopted Order No. 103 dated March 22, 2020 "On the introduction of a ban on the export of Certain goods from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Third Countries" (hereinafter - the Order).

    This order prohibits the export of certain goods from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to third countries.The order is put into effect from the date of signing and adopted in accordance with sub-item 2) paragraph 2 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2020 No. 287 "On further measures to stabilize the economy".
