What subsidies are provided under the budget programs for the crop industry?
Direction 3 in accordance with the subsidizing rules approved by the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 107 "On Approval of the Rules for Subsidizing the Increase in Crop Yields and Quality of Crop Products":
1) subsidizing the cost of fertilizers. This is the volume of 50% of the cost of mineral fertilizers purchased by agricultural producers from fertilizer suppliers;
2) subsidizing the cost of pesticides. Coats of arms purchased from pesticide suppliers for use in fields against weeds
3) subsidizing the development of seed production. the amount of 50% of the cost of purchasing seeds of purchased potatoes, elite, 1 reproduction or 1 fallow seeds of fodder crops or elite seedlings of fruit trees is subsidized.
At the same time, when approving subsidy norms for the above programs, the minimum price offered by suppliers of fertilizers, pesticides or crop seeds for 1 unit (excluding VAT) is taken into account.
Also, in accordance with the subsidizing rules approved by the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2015 No. 6-3/597 "on subsidizing the cost of water supply services to agricultural producers", 85% of the tariff for the cost of water delivery is subsidized.
This subsidized support is used by recipients of water from a water supplier (in our region, a water supplier for water systems (canals) on the basis of 2-party contracts through irrigation and irrigation systems on the territory of RSE "Kazvodkhoz")
