    What support measures are provided to entrepreneurs when building infrastructure?

    In accordance with the Rules for summing up the production (industrial) infrastructure, within the framework of the State Program for Support and Development of Business "Business Roadmap-2025", it is envisaged to bring the production (industrial) infrastructure to projects of small and medium-sized businesses.

    The development of production (industrial) infrastructure is carried out for entrepreneurs carrying out activities

    in priority sectors of the economy, manufacturing industries and certain types of services, as well as entrepreneurs implementing projects in single-industry towns, small towns and rural settlements without sectoral restrictions and taking into account the place of registration of the entrepreneur.

    The allocated funds are directed to the construction (reconstruction)

    the following infrastructure: sewerage, water supply (drilling of wells for water supply), gasification, water pipelines, steam pipelines, heat supply, water pipelines, railway sidings, railway sidings, telephone installation, electrical substations, power lines, septic tanks, combined cycle plants.

    Summing up the missing infrastructure is carried out for projects of small and medium-sized businesses that meet the following criteria:

    1) the volume of investments in the project cannot be less than 200 (two hundred) million tenge;

    2) the cost of construction (reconstruction) of infrastructure cannot be less than 50 (fifty) million tenge, while the maximum amount of construction (reconstruction) of infrastructure (for all types of communications) cannot exceed 1 (one) billion tenge.

    The cost of construction (reconstruction) of infrastructure should not exceed 50% of the cost of the project of small and medium-sized businesses. The entrepreneur applies to the regional coordinator of the Program with an application for financing the missing production (industrial) infrastructure in the form, in accordance with Appendix 1 to these Infrastructure Rules, including a justification for the need to bring or improve the infrastructure, to which the following documents are attached:

    1) business plan;

    2) feasibility study of the project, with the exception of projects that do not require the development of a feasibility study in accordance with the Rules for the development or adjustment, conducting the necessary examinations of the investment proposal of the state investment project, as well as planning, reviewing, selecting, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of budget investments;

    3) design and estimate documentation for the project.
