What are the achievements in agriculture and the latest modern technologies in the region recently?
Work is underway to increase the volume of arable land, especially in the structure of arable land, and the volume of fodder crops. Over the past 5 years, the sown area in 2016 amounted to 7,604 hectares, in 2020 this figure increased by 9,327 hectares or 122%. Including the volume of fodder crops increased from 2,089 ha to 3,333 ha, or by 159.5%.
In addition, much attention is paid to the widespread introduction of new technologies on arable land, including drip irrigation technology, the production of arable products by sowing high-yielding, high-quality agricultural varieties, and increasing the share of using mineral fertilizers on arable land. Over the past 5 years, the area of land using drip irrigation technology on arable land in 2016 amounted to 1,927 hectares, in 2020 this figure increased by 3,000 hectares or 155.7%.
As a result of the intensive direction in the field of agriculture and the support of new technologies within the framework of state budget programs, the volume of sowing products is also growing.
