    Question

Why are there no conductors on buses, and the driver accepts fares?

    Answer

As part of the Digital Kazakhstan State Program, since October 2019, an electronic ticketing project has been implemented in all public transports of the city of Atyrau. In connection with the complete transition to the electronic ticketing system, from December 1 of this year, the carriers Atyrau-Avtopark LLP and Alga Bus LLP launched a bus route with a conductorless service to streamline the disembarkation and embarkation of passengers, since the software for validators allows the introduction contactless fare payment system.

Regarding the fact of a violation by the driver, appropriate explanatory work was carried out with carriers in order to prevent such cases in public transport.
