In 2021, within the framework of the state social order, the department plans to organize a festival of innovative ideas "Atyrau Youth Hackathon", aimed at supporting youth start-up projects. Among the submitted ideas, the best 12 innovative projects are awarded financial grants. The total prize fund is 3, 750 million tenge.
The project "Business Bastau" is also being implemented. As part of the project, in 2020, 506 people were sent to learn the basics of entrepreneurship, 844 young people were trained, and for 235 years they received non-refundable state grants to start their own business.
