Are the applications of citizens who are on a special register for obtaining a land plot in the city of Atyrau for individual housing construction satisfied?
According to paragraph 8 of Article 44-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, when requesting land plots for individual housing construction (hereinafter referred to as IHC), applications (petitions) of citizens are taken into special account and satisfied as sites are prepared for allotment or if there are free territories used for individual housing construction. Currently, citizens registered on a special basis are provided with land plots for individual housing construction on the basis of applications submitted in 1999-2005. In this regard, according to the requirements of the Land Code, appeals are satisfied in order of priority.
