The annual international ecological Internet competition, the general goal of which is to popularize modern ecological traditions both in Russia and in the countries of the near and far abroad. As part of the competition, participants broadcast their environmental experience, which is aimed at developing a culture of nature management.
Applications are accepted until April 21, 2021 on the project's website, the results will be published in May.
The following nominations have been announced this year:
"The best ecological tradition" (among commercial companies);
"The best ecological tradition" (among the population);
"The best eco-journalist" (participants will need to submit a report on organically certified products to the competition);
"The best sketch of ecotradition" for a visual narrative about a green lifestyle (only author's works made in the sketchbook "Ecotradition" are accepted for participation in it).
All participants of the competition will be awarded with certificates of honor, and the winners with diplomas.
Every year, starting in 2016, representatives of Russian and foreign government departments, scientific institutes, as well as eco-activists and whole groups of ecologically cultured people, both adults and teenagers, take an active part in the Ecotradition project. To solve environmental problems, it is important to consolidate the efforts of citizens interested in increasing the level of environmental activity among the population.
"The eco-friendly lifestyle of people and the widespread ecotraditioning in the world will certainly allow us to achieve a harmonious life of nature and man in it," notes the author of the project Olga Lavlinskaya.
