The Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the Law «On support for the use of renewable energy sources», is currently working on organizing and conducting auctions for projects on energy waste disposal (hereinafter referred to as the competition).
The competition is held in accordance with the The Rules for organizing and conducting auctions, including the qualification requirements for auction participants, the content and procedure for submitting an application, the types of financial support for an application for participation in the auction and the conditions for their submission and return, the procedure for summing up the results and determining the winners, approved by Order No. 466 of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 21, 2017.
Thus, in order to conduct a competition for the selection of technologies for energy waste disposal, the Order of the Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 26, No. 119-p established a Commission on the formation of the List, whose members decided by open vote to determine a group of settlements for the introduction of energy disposal facilities. The group of localities includes the following cities: Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent, Karaganda, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Aktobe.

The start of accepting documents for participation in the competition will be announced on the organizer's website. Acceptance of documents for inclusion in the register of auction participants will be carried out from May 14, 2021 to June 14, 2021.
