Regional Forum Held in West Kazakhstan Region
A regional forum titled “Reforms of Legislation on Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy in Kazakhstan and Bordering Jurisdictions of Neighboring Countries” was held in Uralsk.
Representatives of the State Revenue Committee took part in the forum and spoke about measures being taken to improve legislation in the field of rehabilitation and bankruptcy, while emphasizing the need for further development of self-regulation mechanisms in this area.
During the event, judges, rehabilitation and bankruptcy administrators, as well as invited guests from the Republic of Uzbekistan, discussed a range of topical issues, including the role of administrators and financial managers in bankruptcy proceedings, the identification of signs of deliberate bankruptcy, and other aspects of the application of the legislation.
The forum provided a platform for exchanging experience and discussing current issues related to the improvement of legislation and law enforcement practices in the field of rehabilitation and bankruptcy.
