In accordance with Articles 13, paragraphs 3, Articles 14 - 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Plant Protection" and the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2015 No. 15-02/584 "On approval of phytosanitary standards, forms of phytosanitary accounting, as well as Rules for their submission" and the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 20, 2023 Year No. 106 "On Amendments to Certain Orders of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan", individuals and legal entities whose activities are related to objects of state phytosanitary control are required to provide forms of phytosanitary accounting:
FU-1. Report on the production and (or) sale of pesticides and bioagents. Presentation dates: twice a year, once before July 10th and once before January 10th;
FU-2. A report on the movement of pesticides and bioagents. Presentation dates: twice a year, once before July 10th and once before January 10th;
FU-3. A report on the storage of pesticides and bioagents. Submission dates: annually, until January 10;
FU-4. Report on chemical treatments. Submission dates: monthly, from March to September until the 10th of each month;
FU-5 Report on the disposal of prohibited, obsolete pesticides and containers from under them. Submission dates: annually, until January 10;

According to paragraph 1 of Article 403 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses", failure to submit, as well as late submission of phytosanitary reports, entails administrative liability.
