On June 19 of this year, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of the head of the Office of the Akim of Karatobe district, ethics commissioner D. Zhanibekov with the participation of civil servants of the Office of the Akim of the district, chief specialists of the Office of the Akim of the rural district and independent departments. During the meeting, the head of the Department of documentation support and economic work of the district Akim's Office N. Adilkhanov made a report and explanatory work on the procedure for considering appeals of individuals and legal entities, compliance with the requirements of the Electronic Document Management System and information security.
In addition, special attention was paid to civil servants on the issues of the civil service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, anti-corruption, the principles of "Law and order", compliance with the norms of official ethics, the responsibility of a civil servant to society, the culture of relations with citizens and compliance with official discipline. Explanatory work was carried out on the observance of high moral principles by civil servants, the formation of an anti-corruption culture and increasing the prestige of the service.
