List of land plots offered for the competition to grant the right of temporary compensated land use (lease) of agricultural land plots for running a peasant/farm enterprise or agricultural production

NOTE
An application to participate in the competition for granting the right of temporary compensated land use (lease) for conducting a peasant/farm enterprise or agricultural production must contain:
1. For non-state legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
Name and registered address of the legal entity;
Information on state registration (re-registration);
Information on the heads, participants, or shareholders of the applicant legal entity, indicating the size of their shares in the authorized capital;
Information on affiliated persons of the applicant.
2. For individuals:
Surname, first name, and patronymic (if indicated in the identity document);
Place of residence;
Citizenship;
Individual Identification Number (IIN);
Information on the identity document.

The location of the land plot for which the applicant is applying.
4.
A competitive proposal.
5.
A commitment that, if recognized as the winner of the competition, the applicant will conclude a lease agreement for the agricultural land plot within three working days from the date of receiving the notification to sign the lease agreement.
Applications may also be submitted by authorized representatives of individuals or non-state legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of a duly executed power of attorney in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Competitive Proposal Must Include:
1. Business Plan:
Including:
Estimated investment volume;
Areas for cultivation of agricultural crops;
Number of livestock;
Applied agricultural technologies;
Availability of agricultural machinery and technological equipment;
Availability of qualified agricultural specialists;
Number of jobs to be created.
2.
Commitments to:
Develop and implement an on-farm land management project;
Carry out activities for the development of agricultural infrastructure.
3.
Commitments to comply with:
The requirements of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
The Rules for Rational Use of Agricultural Lands approved by Order No. 7 of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 17, 2020;
The Rules for Rational Use of Pastures approved by Order No. 173 dated April 24, 2017;
Indicative targets for diversification of crop acreage according to regional specialization;
Scientifically based agricultural technologies;
Phytosanitary and quarantine requirements.
Except when submitted through the e-Government web portal, the competitive proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope with numbered and bound pages, stamped or written in indelible ink. The last page must be certified:
By the signature of the participant (or authorized representative) for individuals;
By the signature of the head (or authorized representative) and seal (if available) for legal entities.
The layout schemes of the land plots offered for the competition can be reviewed on the internet resource of the local executive body and at the information stands of the rural districts and the district land relations department.
The announcement of the competition will be published in mass media and on the official internet resource of the local executive body no later than thirty calendar days before the competition.
Application Submission Period
Applications for participation in the competition will be accepted and registered within fifteen working days:
From 09:00 on July 20, 2026, until 17:00 on August 7, 2026.
Applications may be submitted:
In person on paper;
By mail;
Through the e-Government web portal in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Informatization” dated November 24, 2015.

Opening of Envelopes
The meeting of the competition commission for opening envelopes, without the participation of applicants, will be held:
