Changes to the list of goods for VAT payment by the offset method.
The State Revenue Department informs foreign economic activity participants about the amendments made to line item 85 of the List of Imported Goods for which VAT on imports is paid by the offset method (pursuant to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1199 dated December 31, 2025).
Entrepreneurs and importers are advised to take these adjustments into account when processing import operations.
