In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption," the Model Rules for Conducting Internal Corruption Risk Analysis, approved by Order No. 21 of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption dated January 16, 2023, and the Methodological Recommendations for Conducting Internal Corruption Risk Analysis, approved by Order No. 488 of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption (Anti-Corruption Service) dated December 30, 2022, a working group conducted an internal corruption risk analysis (hereinafter referred to as ICAR) in the activities of the structural divisions of the Ridder Akimat.
