to the draft resolution of the Akimat of the city of Rudny «On approval of the Rules for ensuring the repayment of money by owners of apartments, non-residential premises related to the repair and replacement of elevators, major repairs of an apartment building in the city of Rudny»
The Rudn City Department of Housing Relations of the Rudny City Akimat has developed a draft resolution of the Rudny City Akimat «On approval of the Rules for ensuring the repayment of money by apartment Owners, non-residential premises related to the repair and replacement of elevators, and major repairs of an apartment building in Rudny».
The project was developed in accordance with subparagraph 11) of paragraph 2 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Housing Relations», Order No. 246 of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 2020 «On Approval of the Procedure for Major Repairs of the common property of a Condominium Facility» (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 20536).
The draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
