The District Transport Prosecutor's Office is a structural subdivision of the Main Transport Prosecutor's Office of the specialized body of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of air transport, on behalf of the state, within the limits and forms established by law, carries out the highest supervision over compliance with the law, represents the interests of the state in court and on behalf of the state carries out criminal prosecution.
