Management of management of housing construction and development of the ICA to a new building

Main tasks, functions, rights and responsibilities of Management

1) participation in the implementation of housing programs;

2) monitoring, collecting and summarizing information on housing construction issues;

3) monitoring the activities of local Executive bodies in the field of housing construction and development of engineering infrastructure under the "Nurly Zher" Program»;

4) development of proposals for improving the state policy in the field of housing construction and development of engineering and communication infrastructure in the areas of new housing development and housing estates;

5) participation in the preparation of the Ministry's Strategic plan and preparation of reports on its implementation (section " housing Sector»);

6) formation of applications for budget programs implemented under the "Nurly Zher" Program in the context of regions;

7) formation of a list of investment projects in the context of regions at the request of local Executive bodies under the "Nurly Zher" Program»;

8) generating reports on the implementation of budget programs

9) interaction with other state bodies within the scope of their competence;

10) preparation of responses to requests from legal entities and individuals, as well as to requests received on the blog of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Minister and The Chairman of the Committee;

11) implementation of other tasks assigned to the management in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
