Management of technical regulation and regulation

Main functions Of the Department of technical regulation and regulation of the Committee for construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of industry and infrastructure development:

- participation in the development of proposals and implementation of state policy in the field of science and scientific and technical activities, coordination of research in the architectural, urban planning and construction activities, housing and communal services;

- organization of development of scientific, scientific and technical projects and programs financed from the state budget, and implementation of their implementation within its competence;

- approval of reports on completed scientific, scientific and technical projects and programs in the architectural, urban planning and construction activities, housing and communal services, financed from the state budget;

- participation in the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of state support of industrial and innovative activities;

- organization of development, approval, introduction and cancellation of state standards in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction, housing and communal services;

- organization of work on the development of technical regulations and national standards;

- review and approval of special technical conditions for the design of objects;

- maintenance of funds of technical regulations, standards and other documents on issues within the competence;

- preparation and implementation of plans and programs for the development of standards and other documents and their harmonization with international standards and requirements;

- creating and maintaining a list of normative legal acts and normative technical documents in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction;

- organization of work on reforming the system of technical regulation of the construction industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- development of rules for the development, approval, approval, registration and implementation (suspension, cancellation) of state regulations;

- organization of work on the introduction of digital technologies in the regulated sphere;

- performing other functions within the scope of its competence provided for by the normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
