The Tariff Regulation and Cost Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan ensures the implementation of the customs legislation of the EAEU, the customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in terms of compliance with the rules for determining the customs value of goods, and, within the limits of its competence, ensures the complete collection and timely transfer to the budget of customs duties, taxes, special, anti-dumping, and countervailing duties.
