Enforcement and execution of international acts of the EES customs legislation and customs and other domestic law of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the competence of the Department; participation in implementation of the State policy; enforcement and execution of the tariff regulations measures, established by the legislation of Kazakhstan and the Eurasian economic Union concerning goods moved across the customs border of the Republic of Kazakhstan; ensuring of quality delivery of public services in accordance with the standards and regulations of public services; System of Accounting for and Control of the amounts of customs duties and taxes for the expense of temporary placement of funds of the Department and other measures to ensure payment of customs duties and taxes
