    General information

    Ensuring compliance with the customs legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union and the customs and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, control over which is assigned to the state revenue authorities; carrying out customs administration within its competence in accordance with the customs legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Republic of Kazakhstan; exercising control over the activities of customs representatives, customs carriers, owners of free warehouses, temporary storage warehouses, customs warehouses, warehouses for storage of own goods, authorized economic operators, and duty-free shops.

    Ensuring measures to protect intellectual property rights applied by customs authorities when goods cross the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union. Monitoring the application of non-tariff regulation and export control measures. Ensuring compliance with prohibitions and restrictions. Organizing control over the application of the customs transit procedure and export of goods from the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union. Organizing and conducting customs operations with goods placed under temporary storage. Organizing the use and ensuring the operability of technical means of customs control (TMCC) used in the customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
