Customs Administration Department

Compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Eurasian Economic Union, control over the implementation of which is entrusted to the Department, participation in the implementation of state policy, implementation of customs administration within its competence in accordance with the customs legislation of the EAEU and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Organization of control over the conduct of operations preceding the declaration of the customs procedure, the application of the customs procedure for customs transit and the export of goods outside the customs territory of the EAEU, ensuring information exchange with customs authorities of other states, ensuring control over the performance of customs operations related to customs declaration, customs clearance and release goods, including using information technology, ensuring compliance with the conditions of customs procedures, including when placed under which goods do not acquire the status of EAEU goods, using information technology. Control over the performance of customs operations related to the customs declaration of certain categories of goods and vehicles, including the use of information technology, ensuring high-quality provision of public services in accordance with the standards and regulations for the provision of public services.
