The main tasks of the Office:

1) assistance in ensuring the stability of the financial system;

2) participation in control and supervision of financial market, financial organizations, collection agencies and other entities within the competence;

3) control and supervision of organizations engaged in microfinance activities within the competence;

4) participation in providing the proper level of protection of rights and legal interests of consumers of financial services, organizations engaged in microfinance activities, and collection agencies;

5) monitoring the compliance with the rules related to arrangement of premises by financial organizations and their branches.
