The main tasks of the Office:

1) assistance in providing stability of the financial system;

2) participation in control and supervision of financial market, financial organizations, collection agencies and other persons within the competence;

3) control and supervision of organizations engaged in microfinance activities within the competence;

4) participation in providing proper level of protection of rights and legal interests of financial services consumers, consumers of organizations engaged in microfinance activities, collection agencies;

5) monitoring compliance by financial organizations and their branches with requirements for arrangement of premises.
