    TASKS OF THE DEPARTMENT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LANGUAGE POLICY AND CONTROL OVER COMPLIANCE WITH LANGUAGE LEGISLATION

    - implementation of a unified state policy in the field of language development;

    - implementation of the National project "Ulttyk rukhani zhangyru";

    - implementation of the State Program for the implementation of language policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2025;

    - organization and coordination of the work of the Commission on further improvement of the State language policy;

    - working with linguists and experts on topical issues of language policy;

    - implementation of cordination for compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on languages;

    - ensuring compliance with the rule of law in the main activities of the Committee and its structural divisions, participation in the development of draft legal and regulatory legal acts, contracts.

    FUNCTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LANGUAGE POLICY AND CONTROL OVER COMPLIANCE WITH LANGUAGE LEGISLATION

    - preparation of analytical materials on topical issues of the language sphere;

    - development of regulatory legal acts in the field of language development within the competence of the Department;

    - development and approval of agreements, memoranda and contracts in the field of language development within the competence of the Department;

    - preparation of a package of documents for hearing in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the implementation of the National Project, organization of execution of its protocol decisions;

    - conducting sociological and analytical research on the issues of language policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

    - monitoring compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on languages in the central and local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital;

    - monitoring of office work and official websites in government agencies;

    - representation in accordance with the established procedure of the interests of the Committee in court, as well as in other organizations when considering legal issues on the main activities of the Committee within its competence, etc.
