Department of housing development and housing relations

Tasks of the Department: participation in the development of proposals for the formation of state policy in the field of housing relations, participation in improving the regulatory framework of public services, monitoring and analysis of the activities of local Executive bodies in the field of housing development,

To perform the assigned tasks, the Management performs the following functions:

Functions:

1) participation in the development of proposals for the automation and optimization of public services in the field of housing and communal services, in agreement with the authorized body in the field of Informatization, within its competence;

2) monitoring the state of the housing stock;

3) monitoring and analysis of the activities of local Executive bodies on the maintenance of housing stock;

4) monitoring and analysis of housing assistance by region;

5) monitoring and analysis of the number of citizens who are in need of housing, who have received and re-registered, who are applying for housing from the state communal housing Fund in the context of the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

6) monitoring and analysis of the privatization of housing from the state housing stock in the context of regions and localities.
